Continuing California’s work to expand and modernize its behavioral health system, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Homeboy Industries, and community partners today broke ground on Home of the Angels, a new campus in Los Angeles supported by California’s voter-approved Behavioral Health Infrastructure Bond Act and DHCS’ Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP).
